Commercial & Export Control Apprentice

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters UK as a Commercial & Export Control Apprentice at the Oxford site. You will work within the AHUK Commercial Team, supporting business development, sales, and export compliance while gaining hands‑on experience in the helicopter industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations and contract documentation.
• Maintain and update customer and prospect data in internal systems.
• Support the Export Control Officer in compliance checks and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments such as engineering, maintenance and legal to gather information for proposals.
• Help monitor contract milestones and ensure timely delivery of required information.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student seeking an apprenticeship in commercial or export control.
• Strong interest in aviation, helicopters and international trade.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
