Commercial Finance Analyst – Interim (London)

About the role

Manpower is seeking an interim Commercial Finance Analyst to join Unilever's Home Care Group in London. The role supports a fast‑paced FMCG environment, delivering month‑end close, performance analysis and strategic finance support until December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly month‑end close and performance analysis for actuals and forecasts, identifying hotspots and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and continuously improve a performance framework to track key KPIs with business units and global partners.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and planning cycles, coordinating with third‑party service providers.
• Prepare and analyse business cases for strategic projects and innovations within the Home Care Business Group.

• Strong business partnering and decision‑support capabilities.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying value‑creation opportunities and delivering them.
