About the role

Our client, an independent, client‑focused insurance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler. The role can be part‑time (Tuesday‑Thursday with school‑hour consideration) or full‑time for the right candidate, offering flexibility while supporting a growing business.

Key responsibilities

Manage renewals, mid‑term adjustments and client enquiries.
Provide exceptional service to commercial insurance clients.
Support growth plans through proactive account management.
Work closely with the Director and the wider team.

Required profile

Experience in commercial insurance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proactive approach to client service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

Acturis (preferred but not essential).
