About the role

Join a Legal 500‑recommended firm in Altrincham as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. You will work alongside experienced partners handling high‑value, complex disputes for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual, shareholder, partnership and professional negligence disputes.
• Provide strategic advice to SMEs and large corporations throughout the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and client correspondence.
• Lead negotiations, mediations and settlement discussions.
• Support business development and nurture client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of litigation procedures and confident advocacy skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and client‑focused.
• Eager to contribute to business development and firm growth.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels.
