Commercial Operations Coordinator – 18‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Commercial Operations Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day running of the Science and Innovation Park in Wroughton. Working on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract, you will help the Commercial Delivery Manager and Site Operations Manager to deliver commercial activities that generate income for the Science Museum Group while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for visitors, tenants and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement for commercial events and daily site operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Delivery Manager and Site Operations Manager, including scheduling, reporting and record keeping.
• Act as a point of contact for tenants, contractors and VIP guests, ensuring a professional and inclusive experience.
• Drive guests around the site as required and cover occasional weekend or evening shifts.
• Assist with health‑ and safety compliance and site‑governance procedures.

Required profile

• People‑focused with strong judgement and discretion.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a small team.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend and evening shifts.
• Full, valid driving licence.
