Commercial Paralegal / Legal Executive

About the role

The Commercial Paralegal / Legal Executive will provide practical, business‑facing legal support for the Madein Group’s commercial activities. Working closely with internal teams and external counsel, you will help manage contracts, mitigate risks and ensure smooth execution of agreements across influencer, client, freelancer and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Review, amend and maintain routine commercial agreements, including influencer, client, freelancer, supplier contracts and NDAs.
• Support contract negotiations, coordinate execution and manage contract records.
• Identify key contractual risks and propose balanced, practical solutions.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal business teams.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, workflows and legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance as needed.
• Liaise with external legal counsel on specialist matters.
