Commercial Property Claims Technician – Hybrid

About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Claims Technician to join our team in Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will manage a portfolio of commercial material damage and business interruption claims from initial assessment through to settlement.
Key responsibilities
- Handle commercial property loss claims, including material damage and business interruption.
- Prepare detailed reports for each site visit and maintain a full diary of activities.
- Manage a caseload to meet client SLAs and strict audit criteria.
- Write comprehensive reports with settlement recommendations for insurers.
- Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other parties to facilitate claim resolution.
Required profile
- Experience in commercial property claims or a related insurance role.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proactive approach to claim settlement and service delivery.
