Commercial Property Paralegal

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established regional law firm in Dorset that is expanding its Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality support to fee earners, ensuring smooth progression of commercial property matters and contributing to the department’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case files from instruction through to completion, maintaining accurate records.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
• Support fee earners with a variety of commercial property transactions.
• Perform administrative duties, including document preparation and filing.
• Assist in the ongoing development and efficiency of the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within commercial property (preferred).
• Good understanding of commercial property transactions and processes.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a broad client base.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
