Commercial Property Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a fast‑growing, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm in Coventry City Centre. You will support a busy commercial property team, working on landlord‑tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development transactions for private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to commercial property fee earners.
• Assist with landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development contracts.
• Handle title investigations and other due‑diligence tasks.
• Prepare legal documents such as sale/purchase contracts, leases, licences to assign and rent deposit deeds.
• Bundle key documents and draft client reports.
• Liaise with clients by telephone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a commercial property legal assistant or paralegal in an SRA‑regulated firm.
• A law degree or equivalent (essential).
• Desire to progress within commercial property law.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
