Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects.
• Manage an independent caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Draft and review commercial property agreements and related documentation.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues and external professionals to deliver tailored solutions.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and a client‑focused approach.
• Excellent drafting, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a desire for professional development and progression.
