About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join our supportive team in Bristol. This position offers exposure to high‑value property matters and a clear pathway for career development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development work.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on commercial property transactions.
- Participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives to grow client relationships.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
- Technically strong, organised and commercially aware.
- Client‑focused with excellent communication skills.
- Motivated to develop a career within a supportive and ambitious team.
