Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 Years PQE)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑value, complex commercial property transactions for private clients, focusing on substantial rural estates, businesses and development projects. You will join a collaborative team and take genuine responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including sales and acquisitions of rural properties and businesses, commercial lettings, landlord‑tenant matters, development projects, strategic land transactions, joint ventures and other complex structures.
• Oversee transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide commercially focused, practical legal advice on complex transactions.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
• Ability to manage matters independently with excellent client‑care skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
• Experience in rural property, landed estates or development work is advantageous, though strong general commercial property experience is also welcome.
