Commercial Property Solicitor – 3+ PQE, London

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Commercial Property team in Greater London. The position offers quality work, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to build and develop your own client base within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle property finance and investment transactions.
• Advise on private company acquisitions and disposals with a property element.
• Deal with landlord and tenant matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while working independently.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial real estate matters.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
