About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a reputable Worcester‑based law firm. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both in‑office and remotely while handling a diverse commercial property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
• Support property development projects and related legal work.
• Handle refinancing, secured lending transactions and general commercial property advice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property legislation and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
