Commercial Property Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE

About the role

We are representing a forward‑thinking law firm that is expanding its commercial property team. The successful solicitor will join either the Romford or Blackfriars office, managing a varied and high‑quality caseload while enjoying genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle all aspects of commercial conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial leases, assignments, licences to assign, alter and occupy, and lease renewals.
• Oversee landlord and tenant matters and property refinancing or secured lending transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and professional contacts.
• Provide excellent client care while collaborating with colleagues across the firm.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop a career within a progressive firm.
• Probate experience is beneficial but not essential.
