About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded real‑estate team in Leatherhead. The role is offered at Associate or Senior Associate level and provides the opportunity to develop a specialist reputation in the local market.

Key responsibilities

Provide legal advice and act on behalf of clients in commercial property transactions.
Support senior real‑estate solicitors on complex matters.
Attend networking events to generate new business and enhance the firm’s market presence.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a local market expert.

Required profile

Qualified UK solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
Demonstrated background in Real Estate/Commercial Property Law.
