Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol – Hybrid – Up to £75k

About the role

Join a respected Commercial Property team within a national law firm’s Business Legal Services department. You will work from Bristol on a hybrid basis, supporting a varied client base that includes manufacturers, lenders, housing associations and charities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations.
• Deal with secured lending transactions.
• Contribute to business development and networking activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Proven experience in real‑estate acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑tenant work and secured lending.
• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial, pragmatic approach.
• Interest in business development and professional networking.
