Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
• Manage commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle refinancing and secured lending transactions.
• Provide legal support for development projects.
• Deliver a high standard of client service under appropriate supervision.

Required profile

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, professional attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Commercial lease drafting.
• Negotiation of property transactions.
• Knowledge of commercial property law, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and development matters.
