About the role
G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing commercial property team in Eastbourne. This hybrid position offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload while contributing to the department’s expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Handle sales and acquisitions of commercial properties.
- Manage landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals.
- Oversee development work and associated transactional matters.
- Provide advice to a varied client base and support business development initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial property work.
- Strong technical ability with a commercial, practical approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, client‑focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
