Commercial Property Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a top‑ranked Legal 500 firm in Stockport. The role offers hybrid working, a supportive team and genuine opportunities for career progression within a leading real‑estate practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects and property finance.
• Advise and liaise with a client base of developers, investors and landlords.
• Support the growth of the department by mentoring junior lawyers and promoting best practice.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, leveraging the firm’s reputation and network.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and client management.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with experience training and mentoring junior team members.
• Commercial awareness and confidence to help expand the firm’s client base.
