Commercial Property Solicitor – London

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a fast‑growing London firm. Working closely with an experienced partner, you will advise high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers across the full property lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Draft, negotiate and renew national commercial leases.
• Provide asset‑management and investment advice.
• Structure mortgages and refinancing arrangements.
• Handle options, overage, conditional contracts and transfers of going concerns (TOGCs).
• Deal with easements, covenants, adverse possession, boundary matters and licences.
• Assist with auction sales and related transactions.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• London experience preferred but not essential.
• Client‑facing, credible and a strong team player.
• Motivation to contribute to a growing practice.
