About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+) to join a leading Legal 500‑rated practice in Cambridge. You will work within a supportive team, handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters and developing your legal career.
Key responsibilities
- Manage freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Advise on residential development sites.
- Handle property finance work.
- Represent landlords and tenants in lease matters.
- Deal with other property‑related legal issues.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a commercial property seat.
- Up to 3 years PQE handling your own caseload.
- Experience in acquisition/disposal, landlord‑tenant, development and finance work.
- Motivation to contribute to business development.

- Salary £40,000‑£50,000 DOE.
