About the role

We are partnering with a respected regional law firm in Oxfordshire that is expanding its Commercial Property practice. This full‑time, hybrid position offers immediate client exposure and the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and review commercial leases, licences and lease renewals.
• Handle complex, high‑value lease transactions.
• Advise on sales, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Manage freehold and leasehold property portfolios for a varied client base.
• Provide commercially focused, relationship‑driven advice to regional and national businesses.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a strong interest in commercial property law.
• Commercially minded and technically proficient.
• Enthusiastic about building client relationships and working collaboratively.
