About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE to join our well‑regarded Real Estate team in Cheshire. You will work on a broad portfolio of commercial property matters, contributing to the firm’s growth and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales and purchases of commercial property.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, development agreements, and bank financing.
• Oversee pension purchase transactions.
• Lead complex transactions independently and efficiently.
• Supervise and support junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions autonomously.
• Commercial, solution‑focused approach to legal work.
• Strong client relationship skills and proactive business development mindset.
• Team player with experience supervising junior staff.
