About the role

Join a well‑established Gloucestershire law firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. You will work with a strong client base, handling a variety of commercial property matters in a supportive, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investors and businesses on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Manage commercial leasing transactions and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Handle investment property work and property portfolio management.
• Draft and negotiate secured lending and refinancing agreements.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to long‑standing clients.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• 2–10 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
