Commercial Property Solicitor – Up to £75k (DOE)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a well‑established firm in Gloucestershire. You will work with a strong client base, handling high‑quality transactions and receiving supportive mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investor and business clients on a wide range of commercial property matters.
• Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets.
• Handle commercial leasing, landlord‑tenant issues, and investment property work.
• Oversee property portfolio management, secured lending, and refinancing transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor or legal executive.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable managing a busy commercial property caseload.
• Experience with commercial lenders and finance transactions is a distinct advantage.
