Commercial Solicitor (4-6 years PQE) – Remote, £60k-£80k

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 4‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join an AI‑driven law firm that serves high‑value SaaS and technology clients. The role is fully remote, with optional monthly office attendance, and focuses on delivering fast, tech‑enabled legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts for SaaS and tech companies.
• Provide advice on data protection, privacy and related regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams and external partners such as Microsoft to integrate AI tools into service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality, timely legal support.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 4‑6 years PQE in commercial law.
• Experience working with technology‑focused clients, particularly in SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to mental wellbeing and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Data protection and privacy law knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled legal service platforms.
