Commercial Solicitor – Professional Support (5+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join our leading Commercial team in Oxfordshire on a flexible Professional Support basis. You will enhance the firm’s knowledge management, legal innovation and technical excellence across a broad commercial practice.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to commercial law.
• Produce thought‑leadership articles and technical training sessions.
• Conduct complex legal research and draft high‑quality precedents and template documents.
• Support business development initiatives and drive best practice across the team.
• Ensure lawyers have up‑to‑date resources and practical guidance.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Strong experience in commercial law and excellent technical knowledge.
• Exceptional drafting and research abilities.
• Clear communication of complex legal developments.
• Interest in sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
