About the role

Join the launch team of Brasserie Olivia, a modern French brasserie opening in Chelsea. As a Commis Waiter/Runner you will support the front‑of‑house team in delivering a seamless, high‑energy dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables quickly, accurately and with care, ensuring correct presentation before the pass leaves the kitchen.
• Assist waiters in maintaining a smooth flow of service during busy rush periods.
• Collaborate closely with both back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate orders and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and runner areas.

Required profile

• Several experiences in busy, fast‑paced restaurant environments.
• Strong sense of service and a genuine passion for making guests feel valued.
• Calm, professional demeanor with solid organisational abilities.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
