Commission-Based Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive – Christmas Bootcamp

About the role

ProudToBeMe International seeks proactive individuals to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for its Christmas Bootcamp, aiming to bring festive joy to up to 1,000 community members.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sponsors, corporate partners, SMEs, foundations and other organisations aligned with the mission.
• Contact decision‑makers such as business owners, CSR teams, marketing managers and executives.
• Present sponsorship opportunities, communicate partnership value and negotiate terms.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings, follow up prospects and convert them into confirmed sponsorships.
• Secure both financial contributions and in‑kind support such as gifts, refreshments, logistics, products and services.
• Build lasting relationships that may extend beyond the Christmas initiative.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, fundraising or sponsorship acquisition (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong network of contacts in business, corporate or community sectors.
• Confident communicator who can pitch ideas, negotiate professionally and follow through to commitment.
• Self‑starter comfortable working towards clear targets and measurable results.
