Communication & Social Strategy Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior Communication & Social Strategy Specialist to lead regional communications planning for a global enterprise client across EMEA. The role is remote within the UK, with occasional access to the client’s London office, and focuses on shaping B2B marketing channels through integrated, social‑first strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated communications plans for the EMEA region, translating global narratives into clear, market‑specific strategies.
• Embed a social‑first mindset across paid, owned, earned, partnership and influencer activities, ensuring social is considered from campaign inception.
• Craft strategic storytelling, turning complex product information into customer‑focused narratives and multi‑channel creative briefs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across global, regional and local teams, as well as external agencies and production partners.
• Leverage campaign performance data and audience insights to optimise messaging, creative assets and future communications plans.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in communications planning, brand strategy or product marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record of developing integrated, multi‑channel communications strategies across multiple countries, especially within EMEA.
• Strong understanding of paid, owned and earned media and how they intersect across the customer journey.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GenAI tools for creative ideation and prototyping.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflow and accelerate planning and production processes.
