EMEA Events Marketing Manager (Sports & Executive Hospitality)

About the role

Algomarketing is seeking a results‑driven EMEA Events Marketing Manager to create and deliver event experiences that delight, inspire and educate audiences for a global enterprise SaaS organisation. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic event marketing plans that align with broader EMEA marketing and go‑to‑market objectives, managing both first‑party and third‑party events across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end events, from pre‑event planning through live execution to post‑event reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, venues and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality in‑person experiences.
• Manage multiple event workstreams concurrently, maintaining schedules, budgets and stakeholder documentation.
• Measure event performance, calculate ROI and produce post‑event reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Innovate new event concepts, formats and processes while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑time experience planning and delivering a range of events across EMEA, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven track record with event formats such as trade shows, roadshows, CXO or executive dinners, roundtables and workshops.
• Strong knowledge of major technology conferences and suitable venues across EMEA.
• Excellent organisational, communication and project‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
