Communications and Engagement Officer

About the role

The Communications team delivers internal and external corporate communications, creative services, event management and stakeholder relations. The Communications and Engagement Officer will support day‑to‑day communications, drive campaigns across multiple channels and manage projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end communications services for internal and external audiences, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure corporate information, news updates and positive messages flow smoothly throughout the organisation.
• Proactively scan the communications landscape to keep activities cutting‑edge and impactful.
• Support the communications leadership team in planning and executing corporate projects, consultations and promotions.
• Lead specific internal and external campaigns, creating innovative content including video filming and editing.
• Manage online services such as intranet, website and social‑media channels.
