Community Care Assistant

About the role

As a Community Care Assistant you will provide compassionate, person‑centred support to clients in their own homes. You will help them maintain dignity and independence while building meaningful connections each day.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, dressing and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship, share conversation and provide emotional support.
• Support clients with mobility, medication reminders and household tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any concerns to the care team.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in a care setting.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months (no sponsorship offered).
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Strong empathy, good people skills and a professional, team‑oriented attitude.
