Community Operations Specialist – EU Creator Ecosystem (German/Spanish/Italian/French)

About the role

As a Community Operations Specialist you will be the main link between TikTok Shop creators and the platform across the EU. You will drive creator recruitment, engagement and retention, ensuring a vibrant and productive creator community that fuels e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach high‑potential creators, manage end‑to‑end onboarding via WhatsApp and private channels.
• Lead daily operations of creator communities, establishing SOPs to maximise daily active users and community stickiness.
• Monitor global and local trends, curate “Creator Kits” with trend alerts, guides and task reminders to simplify content creation.
• Analyse community metrics, spot bottlenecks and design incentive programmes that help creators progress from entry‑level to top‑tier.
• Act as the “Voice of the Creator”, gathering feedback and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and localise platform benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and at least one of German, Spanish, Italian or French.
• Experience in international community or creator operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to perform basic data analysis.
