Community & Social Media Manager (Gen Z B2B Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community & Social Media Manager to lead the growth of our Gen Z‑focused B2B platform. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will own the strategy that turns online followers into an engaged professional community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Grow a highly targeted professional audience and nurture active brand advocates.
• Create multi‑channel campaigns, including short‑form video and email marketing.
• Identify and manage partnership opportunities that boost brand awareness.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns based on data.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling Gen Z B2B communities from the ground up.
• Demonstrated track record of measurable growth on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities, especially short‑form video.
• Data‑led mindset for measuring performance and improving results.
• Experience marketing to professional audiences in SaaS, fintech, recruitment or similar B2B sectors.
