Company Commercial Solicitor – 7+ years PQE

About the role

We are a growing law firm looking for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join our established team. You will work with owner‑managed businesses and SMEs, providing high‑quality corporate and commercial advice while progressing towards partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on company law, commercial contracts and transactional matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Handle corporate transactions, business advisory work and corporate finance support.
• Provide strategic advice on commercial structures and real‑estate matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 7 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience advising owner‑managed businesses and SMEs.
• Strong background in company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
• Ambitious, with a desire to progress towards partnership.
