About the role
We are seeking a temporary Compensation Analyst to support a global business on a three‑month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive day rate based on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consulting to employees on compensation policies and procedures.
- Assist with reporting requirements, including the UK Gender Pay Gap and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Support the rollout of job architecture across the organization.
- Engage in employee surveys across Europe to gather compensation insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees and key business leaders.
Required profile
- Proven multi‑country experience in compensation or related HR functions.
- Familiarity with WTW or Mercer compensation tools and methodologies.
- Pro‑active and adaptable approach to a fast‑moving environment.
