About the role
Activate Learning is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure the organisation meets high standards of regulatory compliance, reporting, and policy adherence across its campuses. You will join the Compliance Team and work on a hybrid basis, spending three days a week on site at the Banbury campus.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and produce termly audit reports for Group Directors.
- Review and improve processes, manage complaints, and support task planning.
- Create and update Standard Operational Procedure Guides.
- Support the development and enhancement of policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain statutory compliance.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Excellent organisational abilities, resilience, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using Outlook.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
