Compliance Specialist – Quality Department

About the role

The Quality Department of a global cosmetics manufacturer is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure site‑wide adherence to GMP and other regulatory standards. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:15 am‑4:30 pm, supporting audits, document control, and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor policies, procedures and standards across the site.
• Maintain GMP document control systems and authorise work instructions.
• Prepare and deliver annual product review reports.
• Support internal, third‑party and regulatory audits, tracking corrective actions.
• Review and approve CAPA, deviations, investigations and change controls in Veeva Quality One (EQMS).
• Represent the site in global compliance meetings and liaise with the Global Compliance team.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and audit trend analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated industry (cosmetics or pharmaceutical preferred).
• Proven ability to improve quality systems and authorise procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment.
