Composite Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Composite Technician to join our manufacturing team developing advanced composite components for space applications. The role involves working with carbon fibre, honeycomb panels and tooling to deliver high‑performance parts for aerospace projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform carbon fibre lay‑up and composite manufacturing tasks.
• Work with honeycomb panel structures.
• Produce moulds and prepare tooling.
• Follow detailed engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship.

Required profile

• Previous experience in composite manufacturing.
• Strong carbon fibre lay‑up expertise.
• Experience with honeycomb panels and mould making.
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Background in space, aerospace, automotive, defence or motorsport (preferred).
