Concept Designer – Retail POS & Display

About the role

HH Global is seeking a Concept Designer to create standout permanent retail point‑of‑sale (POS) displays for beauty, lifestyle and premium FMCG brands. You will transform bold ideas into detailed specifications, delivering high‑impact, brand‑led experiences while embedding sustainability throughout the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise striking retail displays that balance aesthetics and practicality.
• Respond to creative briefs with commercially aware, innovative ideas.
• Design fixtures and components from the ground up, considering material, cost and sustainability.
• Create mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals and presentation decks to communicate design stories.
• Collaborate with account managers, structural engineers and production teams.
• Pitch and present concepts directly to clients, incorporating feedback.
• Embed sustainability principles (materials, carbon footprint, modularity) into every design.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Degree in Product, Industrial, Furniture or 3D Design or a related field.
• Professional experience with cosmetics or premium FMCG brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process from sketch to shelf.
• Hands‑on experience designing permanent POS retail displays.
• Passion for sustainable design and awareness of environmental impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Cinema 4D preferred).
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sketching ability for visual storytelling.
• Deep knowledge of materials such as wood, metal and acrylics.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
