About the role

Join a modern, high‑end residential development in Croydon as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors. This full‑time, front‑of‑house position offers the chance to deliver a welcoming experience while supporting the building’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, providing a professional front‑of‑house service.
• Manage enquiries, requests and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Building Manager and Facilities team to report and follow up on maintenance matters.
• Oversee parcel and key management, ensuring secure handling and accurate records.
• Monitor building access, maintain security procedures and visitor logs.
• Support smooth development operations through proactive communication with residents and internal teams.
• Assist with contractor access, scheduling and logging of works.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in communal areas and handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a residential concierge or in a comparable front‑of‑house role.
• Ability to commute to Croydon on a full‑time basis.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
