Concierge – Luxury Hotel, Southampton

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our Harbour Hotels team in Southampton. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalised assistance and seamless service throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with bookings, reservations and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle reception duties, including check‑in/check‑out and telephone enquiries.
• Support the reservations team and coordinate guest itineraries.
• Deliver personalised recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay.

Required profile

• Proven experience in concierge services and reservations.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Background in receptionist duties and managing guest needs.
• Proactive, professional and resourceful with a customer‑first mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Southampton’s local attractions is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is beneficial.
