Conference Operations Manager (French speaking)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Conference Operations Manager to own the operational standards of our private‑equity conferences across Europe. You will lead the end‑to‑end execution of ten annual events, ensuring venues, suppliers, on‑site teams and attendee experience are flawlessly coordinated.
Key responsibilities
- Research, select and negotiate with suppliers for event add‑ons, branding materials and services.
- Manage budgets, track costs and approve changes in advance.
- Plan and execute sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities.
- Coordinate logistics with venue staff, on‑site teams and external partners.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of each conference, from venue booking to post‑event debrief.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented operator who thrives under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
