Conference Producer - Spanish Speaker

About the role

The Conference Producer will own the end‑to‑end development of conference content, from research and agenda creation through speaker acquisition and on‑site delivery. The role combines commercial focus with a strong editorial mindset, ensuring events are engaging, financially successful and aligned with audience strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Develop conference themes, topics and innovative agenda formats.
• Identify, invite and secure high‑profile speakers and thought leaders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet financial targets and sponsorship goals.
• Define KPIs and manage timelines to keep agenda and speaker progress on track.
• Oversee on‑site event delivery to ensure a high‑quality experience for delegates and sponsors.

Required profile

• University degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in conference or content production within events or publishing.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client expectations and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, approachable personality with natural leadership qualities.
• Willingness to travel to events across North America, Europe and the Middle East.

• Base salary of £40,000 per year plus a bonus of approximately £12,000.
