About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high‑profile projects for a leading Design & Build contractor operating across the UK and Europe. Based in Essex, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce strict health and safety protocols.
• Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, reporting any variances.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a heavy construction environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
