As a Construction Recruitment Consultant you will help match skilled construction professionals with temporary or permanent roles, supporting the agency’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Interview and screen applicants to assess suitability for construction roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Advertise and market job opportunities across relevant channels.
• Maintain accurate records for candidates and clients.
• Carry out compliance and right‑to‑work checks.
• Support business development activities and generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience within the construction sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach.
