Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join the Special Projects team near Oxford. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will help deliver multiple construction projects across Oxfordshire on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage small construction sites.
• Assist in running several sites simultaneously.
• Supervise operatives and sub‑contractors.
• Carry out ad‑hoc construction tasks, including erecting fencing.
• Ensure work meets high quality standards, complies with health and safety regulations, and is delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate daily records and reports.
• Liaise with clients, hold meetings and briefings, and act as the face of the business.

Required profile

• Trade background such as carpentry or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Desire to progress a career with a local contractor.
• Willingness to work full‑time on site.
