Construction Worker – On‑site Building & Renovation

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Construction Worker to join our on‑site team within a one‑hour radius of Somerton. You will support a variety of building, renovation and repair projects across residential, commercial and industrial sites, ensuring work is completed safely and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean work areas, load and unload materials.
• Assist with masonry, flooring installation, repair and general construction tasks.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervisor direction.
• Read and interpret simple plans or drawings to carry out tasks.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a tidy, organized site.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project schedules and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Practical experience or training in construction, renovation or related trades.
• Physical ability to lift materials, stand for long periods and work in varied weather conditions.
• Understanding of site safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
